She is majoring in animal science with a minor in ag business. Growing up in San Francisco, Butler is truly a non-traditional agriculture student. She moved to Colorado to increase her avail- ability to agriculture and have greater access to information about her chosen field. She has had the opportunity to show hogs, rabbits and poultry through 4-H, which sealed her love and interest in animal ag production. Butler’s goal is to improve the relationship between producers and consumers. She maintains “it is important for producers to be positively represented and get recognition for all they do for our country.” After graduation, she plans to focus on consumer education to minimize misconceptions about agriculture. Grace Inglee , (left), is a sophomore at Colorado State Univer- sity majoring in both animal science and ag education. While her family’s ranch is at Evergreen, Colo., she grew up in Arvada. Inglee credits her time at the ranch working alongside her dad as the reason she is so passionate about the beef industry. She is also a former Junior Colorado Cattleman’s Association president. Inglee’s goal is to help bridge the knowledge gap between consumers and production agriculture. She also wants to help producers learn how management decisions affect the marketability of their animals. Inglee aims to work for a trade association or corporate business as well as raise her own livestock.  Feb. 5-7 Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show San Antonio, Texas https://convention.ncba.org Feb. 15-23 Nebraska Cattlemen’s Classic Kearney, Neb. www.cattlemens.org Feb. 19-23 Illinois Beef Expo Springfield, Ill. www.illinoisbeefexpo.com March 4-5 International Livestock Congress Houston, Texas www.theisef.com March 27-29 TSCRA Convention Fort Worth, Texas www.tscra.org March 31-April 2 NCBA Legislative Conference Washington, D.C.
