Held May 10 at Haymarket Park in Lincoln, about 135 men, still in pretty darn good shape, attended. They ran out on the ball field prior to the Nebraska-Arizona game and stood for the National Anthem. Dick Wilson, second from right, had a great time reminiscing with his old teammates. The field was a happy and boisterous mass of men, glad to see each other after living a lifetime. Pictured is a cache of catchers at home plate, hugging. From separating to roping, wrangling to branding, or watching small children and preparing the evening community meal, it truly took a village.  Businesses and individuals in the Loup City, Nebraska area participated in a fundraising event during the Dethlefs/Treffer Angus bull sale April 5, with most proceeds going to the Farm Bureau Disaster Relief Fund.
